Return & Refund Policy

All our products are handcrafted with love, steadiness and sustainability. Please understand that since everything is handmade, it is initially impossible for us to authorize a return or exchange.

However, since customer satisfaction is our prime motto we do entertain exchange requests within 5 days of delivery. The exchange is subject to conditions.

In order to process a return, please contact us through DM or email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Our return and exchange policy will require you to first contact us with your problem/query.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will require an unedited unboxing video of our products to authorize your exchange. Exchange requests will only be entertained for broken or damaged products only at the time of receiving.

If the customers follow the care instructions as instructed by our care journals, there are minimal chances of tarnishing or damage, since all our products are handcrafted from the highest quality of raw material. Although, we do not provide any guarantee on our products.

Please note that the return and exchange process will be completely manual and would take place only through DM or via phone call.

REFUNDS 

We DO NOT provide refund on our products. Once sold, no refund can be initiated. We only provide exchange facility, since all our products are handcrafted and the labor put in can’t be reversed.

INVALID REASONS

We do not entertain return and exchange requests for reasons beyond manufacturing/delivery defect at the time of receiving order. Rouge Luna is not bound to entertain any other reason apart from the aforementioned ones.

Since all our crystals are naturally and ethically sources, there will be scratches, cracks or raw edges. These are indicators of authenticity and defects. Please note, that exchange requests stating these indicators as defects can not be entertained.

Although, in case of not liking a certain product, we might provide an exchange. This depends solely on the brands discretion and the customer is not rightfully eligible for such a demand. 

CANCELLATIONS 

Changes to an order or cancellations can only be made until payment. Once an order is paid for, we cannot entertain cancellation/refund requests.
