Q Where do you ship from?
We are a brand based out of multiple cities in terms of designing, production, and logistics. For now, we function through our web shop and with your support we’ll soon be available to you at a flagship store!
Until then we’ll be shipping your orders remotely.

Q Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
No, this payment option is not available at the moment.

Q How long will it take for my items to arrive?
All our products are handcrafted with love and often custom made. Once you place an order, it takes us around 7 days for production. Beyond this, a usual of 5-7 days are required for shipment. A usual wait period of 14 days approximately.
Since our brand also heavily depends on raw material availability, there are chances of an added delay. In such a case, you’ll be duly notified through our emails.

Q Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.

Q Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?
Yes, we do provide a return according to our exchange policy which is restricted to certain conditions.
We do not provide cancellation or returns since all our products are made to order and it is not feasible to us. Please refer to our Return and exchange policy here.

Q How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It takes us around 7 days for production of each order. You will receive a tracking id through email as soon as the order is shipped. Estimated wait period: 8 days.

Q Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, as soon as we receive the payment for your order it is confirmed and a confirmation email along with the details of your products are sent to you. Please contact us in case you do not receive the confirmation mail within 12 hours.

Q How can I pay?
We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc. Please note, we do not accept cash on delivery.
